Referrals

As rec2rec is a candidate driven market we always welcome referrals and are more than happy to reward anyone who provides a referral that is successfully placed, so we offer the most competitive referral scheme as an incentive to introduce talent to us:​

Directors

• £1000, $1100 or 4000AED for each successfully placed recommendation.

• This will include Associate Director through to MD level.

Experienced Recruiters​

• £600, $650 or 2500AED for each successfully placed recommendation.

• This includes Team Lead, Senior, Principal & Managing Consultants. 

​

Consultant, Resourcer, Delivery/180 Consultants & Trainees

• £300, $350 or 1300AED for each successfully placed recommendation.

• Typical profiles of Trainees that we place are graduates with a flair for sales, or non-graduates who have a year or two’s target-driven sales / B2B experience e.g. estate agency / lettings, media sales, door-to-door, fund-raising, financial services, call centre, travel representatives, gym membership sales, etc.

 

Terms

Referrals will be paid when the successful candidate has passed the client’s rebate period, typically this is 2-3 months after the candidate has commenced work.

 

Referrals are not accepted for candidates who are currently in contact with Chameleon Recruiting.
