Knowing our candidates, their values, drivers, needs and motivations as well as career aspirations are all essential in helping them achieve what they want in their next role. We want to understand their previous and current pains, what type of business they want to be a part of and completely drill down on exactly what they are looking for.

We share market intelligence such as salary trends and career opportunities with innovative companies from the research we do and knowledge we gain from doing our job and carefully select 3 to 4 opportunities that are ideal cultural, career and management style fits to represent our candidates to.

interviewing

After establishing the most suitable career opportunities we take an innovative approach to our interview process which enables the candidate to fully prepare and present themselves at their best and prevents time being wasted for both client and candidate.

debriefing

Following an interview, feedback from both sides is equally as important for us to advise what the next stage will be. Due to our qualification, understanding and needs analysis if the process is at offer stage, we can be confident that if an offer is made the candidate is highly likely to accept. If there is an occasion where the client does not want to proceed, we will always provide clear, constructive feedback.

placing

Being transparent about salary and overall packages expected prevents any hiccups or surprises at this stage as the candidates’ expectations would have been communicated to the client at the initial introduction. That said throughout the process we do continually check expectations to ensure offers are accepted.

aftercare

We value the time spent working with us so whilst many rec2rec agencies move on and forget, we pride ourselves in continually supporting our candidates throughout their careers and our clients through the growth of their businesses.
